Penn President J. Larry Jameson hosted Penn’s Rhodes Scholar, Florence Onyiuke, W’26/C’26, and Marshall Scholar, Norah Rami, C’26 at College Hall for a congratulatory visit where they discussed their research and Penn journeys.
