Dr. Bruce I. Jacobs Celebration

Penn President J. Larry Jameson joined Wharton Dean Erika James to honor Dr. Bruce I. Jacobs, G’79, GRW’86, for his transformative $60 million gift establishing the Dr. Bruce I. Jacobs Master of Science in Quantitative Finance—the Wharton School’s first new degree in 50 years. The celebration, held at Jon M. Huntsman Hall, recognized Dr. Jacobs’ decades-long commitment to advancing quantitative finance at Penn.
