Wharton Club of Greece Reception

President J. Larry Jameson joined Penn alumni, parents, and friends at a reception hosted by the Wharton Club of Greece at the Yacht Club of Greece in Piraeus. During the gathering, President Jameson shared remarks on the University’s priorities and Penn’s engagement in Greece before introducing Penn Trustee Alex Haidas, C93, ENG93, WG98, PAR25, PAR27. The reception also included welcome remarks from Wharton Club of Greece President Ion Tsakonas, WG06, and was attended by Amy Gutmann, Penn President Emerita and U. S. Ambassador to Germany (ret.), and Sigal Ben-Porath, Faculty Director of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Paideia Program.
