Moonlight & Roses Gala

President J. Larry Jameson and his wife, Michele, attended Morris Arboretum & Gardens’ annual Moonlight & Roses gala on June 5, 2026, joining Penn deans, donors, alumni, community leaders, and friends of the Morris for one of Philadelphia’s premier summer fundraising events. President Jameson delivered remarks during the evening, which raised support for the Morris’s environmental education, outreach, research, and garden stewardship programs. The gala honored Ellen Nalle Hass, former chair of the Morris Arboretum & Gardens Board of Advisors, and Bartlett Tree Experts, represented by Robert Bartlett, for their leadership and contributions to environmental stewardship.
